The fine print, up front

2-hour minimum

All bookings across all booths must total at least 2 hours. That covers load-in, setup, testing and a full run of service — anything shorter doesn't do your event justice.

30% deposit to book

Your date is locked in with a 30% deposit. The balance is due before your event day — and if we can't take your event, the deposit is refunded in full.

5% off with a free account

Create an account before checkout and 5% comes off every booking, automatically. You'll also see your past and upcoming events in one place.

Travel fee beyond the tri-state

Events more than 90 minutes from our Brooklyn base include a travel fee covering gas and tolls, calculated from your venue address at checkout.

Optional event coverage — $75

Add our damage waiver plus a certificate of insurance made out to your venue. Most hotels, museums and catering halls require one.
